Post-Doctoral Research Fellow
A postdoctoral position is available for the study of the structural biology of protein interactions using computational methods. The aim of the project is to build accurate 3D models of protein complexes using, and improving on, standard tools of computational structural biology. A database will be developed to host the models. The methods developed will be applied both on a large scale and on specific systems, in collaboration with experimental biologists.

You will develop and apply new methods for predicting and modeling biologically important macro-molecular complexes.

A PhD in related discipline
Some background in structural biology will be desirable
Candidates from all fields of natural sciences and computer science are encouraged to apply
A good team player comfortable in an interdisciplinary environment
