To run on local, the graph panel shows the real time progress of the monitored species during the simulation. The progress of the simulation status is shown in status bar. The figure window contains two components: species browser on the left side and plot panel in the centre. The species browser contains all the species to be monitored as configured in simulation setup panel (See section 4-4-1).
Each item in species browser has three elements: check box, specie name and bird eye view plot or icon. Use check box to plot or not to plot the species time series on plot panel. Another way is drag the icon and drop to middle of the plot panel. If drop to y-axis of the plot panel, the mouse pointer change to  shape, all current plot will be cleared and only the drag item will be drawn. If drop to x-axis a phase, the mouse pointer to  shape, phase plot result taking x-axis as the species that is dragged as shown in Figure 4-7. To change back to time series plot drag and drop again.
