Setting up a simulation – Use the “Simulation” menu and click on the “setup” item. A setup panel as shown in the figure below will pop up. Specify the species to be monitored in the “Species” Tab. In the “Algorithm” Tab, choose the algorithms to be applied for model simulation. Cellware builds in the default setup, so that users can run simulation directly without setting up in advance.
After setting up the simulation, choose from the “Simulation” menu whether to start the simulation locally on your computer by using “Run on Local” or to distribute the simulation to the grid at BII by using “Run on Grid”.
